Alternde Zellen loswerden, aber wie? DIE 3 TOPP TIPPS !

Get rid of aging cells, but how? THE 3 TOP TIPS !

What to do with aging cells?

Have you ever heard of cellular senescence? These are "aging cells". A completely natural process intended by nature.

Cellular senescence is a biological process in which cells fall into a state of dormancy or inactivity normally associated with the body's aging process. Essentially, it is a type of cellular aging characterized by a permanent blockage in the ability of cells to divide.

When a cell becomes senescent , it stops dividing and performing a normal function. Instead, it begins to trigger inflammatory processes and other harmful changes in the surrounding tissue. Senescence can be thought of as a protective mechanism by the body to prevent the spread of damaged or mutated cells that can potentially lead to cancer.

There are several factors that can lead to cellular senescence , including DNA damage, chronic inflammation, and oxidative stress. However, senescence can also be triggered by external factors such as radiation, chemicals, and viruses.

In biomedical research, cellular senescence is studied to develop possible therapies against age-related diseases as it is associated with various age-related diseases such as cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and heart disease. There are also efforts to reduce or slow down senescence in the elderly to allow for longer lifespans and better aging.

However, these aging cells can literally " infect " other cells. Here there is a risk of passing on silent inflammation and other disease processes .

It is therefore important to naturally remove these aging cells. Normally this should work automatically.

Due to increased stress that we are exposed to in our everyday lives; due to stress and environmental pollution, our organism urgently needs support.

Below are the three TOPP tips for removing aging cells:

1st movement

We've all heard of the famous 10,000 steps a day . Well, can you do it too? Movement stimulates the body's own metabolic process and the cell waste disposal system works at full speed.

2. Senolytics (substances that can kill aged cells)

This is where the ingredients of the wild blueberry come into play again. It contains a valuable senolytic called quercetin. This is a polyphenol capable of eliminating aging cells.

HERE you can read more about the valuable ingredients of wild blueberries.

3. Intermittent fasting

Our ancestors knew this as " starvation ".
24/7 full fridges and full plates ? Back then, people were happy when there was something to eat.
The body was forced to switch to its fat reserves.
The topic of silent inflammations, which are progressing so dramatically today, and thus diseases of civilization, was a foreign word at the time.

So there are ways to stay young and aging cells naturally and way to dismantle.

With this in mind....on to movement with blueberries and co

about the author

Dipl. Ing. (bio-med) Jutta Suffner

Jutta Suffner has been drawn to medicine since she was a child. After training as a medical-technical radiology assistant, she completed a degree in biomedicine and researched neurodegenerative diseases using magnetic resonance imaging in Canada. In Europe, the author worked for a world-renowned company in the field of ultrasound diagnostics for more than two decades.

Then, in her early 30s, she received a horrific diagnosis and was hospitalized for almost a year. The prospects of delayed viral myocarditis were bleak and the beginning of nearly seven years of transformation and recovery. So she started researching again and found that the attitude to life, the lifestyle and other natural products can help for a faster healing process. Additional training as an alternative practitioner and research into a natural food supplement have accompanied her to her current vision that dying healthy is possible.
