"Heart healthy for life" is a goal that many people aspire to in order to live a long and healthy life. A healthy heart is important to maintaining good physical health and a high quality of life.
Especially in the last few weeks and months I have received many calls about heart health. Whether myocarditis (heart muscle inflammation) after viral infections; Blood pressure derailments or circulatory problems .

There are many steps people can take to keep their hearts healthy. Eating a healthy diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats. Regular physical activity and exercise are also important to strengthen the heart and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Other important factors that can contribute to heart health are avoidance of tobacco products and excessive alcohol consumption. In my opinion, high blood pressure and avoiding stress and anxiety play the most important role.
