Super power for your eyes!

Dear friends of chronic health,

Yes, they exist: Baltic blueberries. In my new home, these can be harvested from mid-July to the end of August.

Admittedly, these are not wild blueberries with their rich wealth of vitamins and trace elements.

What is the difference between wild and cultivated berries?

Well, the wild ones are small, wrinkled, deep blue-purple inside and staining. They still taste like fruit. As a result, they contain many more good substances that can support our immune system. These include vitamins A, C, E and B vitamins such as folic acid and thiamine. Iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, chromium and manganese.

Depending on where they come from, wild blueberries contain different amounts of so-called anthocyanidins. With blueantox®, we only process the wild berries, which have a correspondingly high proportion, as also used in preclinical studies.

Unfortunately, we don't find them on our doorstep. Only cultivated berries are sold here. These are large, light on the inside and taste "like nothing".

That's why we chose the second-best option of making the wild berry available to you as blueantox® .

Use the super power for your eyes!

Just yesterday I received another post from a scientist who once again pointed out the incredible ability of the wild berries in terms of eye power . Especially in our smartphone and PC-controlled world, our eyes have to do a real tour de force every day. Constant digital vision does not necessarily promote eye health.

Children's eyes in danger!

Be your children really only sit in front of a digital device for a maximum of 60 minutes a day? Unfortunately, I see children (and adults too) with their heads tilted forward and looking at a smartphone all the time, and not just when I’m shopping, at the swimming pool or out for a walk.

The eye muscles are therefore constantly under tension. This is comparable to a bodybuilder lifting weights. Where's the relaxation????

The power of berries!

Use the power of the berries, especially for children's eyes. Communicate to your children that the eye muscles also need relaxation. You don't walk around the country all day with dumbbells.

My insider tip for all drivers : if you have a long drive ahead of you, pack a few berries . I always take two or three capsules before a long drive. In the break after two hours the next.

So I arrive safely at my destination with strong eyes.

I wish you and your loved ones clear vision and strong eyes so that you can enjoy the summer days to the fullest.

Yours and yours Jutta Suffner
