Unhealthy Eating on the Rise?

Dear friends of chronic health,

this is how a man in the middle of his life echoed his motto of the day. Why? I stared, seemingly dumbfounded, at the wild foods that lay before me on the conveyor belt at a supermarket.

He grinned and said, "Well, that's what it looks like when Dad cooks." I secretly thought about which "things" I would eat from all these things and came to the conclusion: NONE.

From potato chips to frozen pizza, from chocolate to canned food, there was a rich hodgepodge. I only thought of his "poor" intestines and what tsunamis he was allowed to process. His approximately 3-year-old daughter danced happily on the railing of the shopping trolley.

What exactly bothers me about it or why is a healthier diet so important?

My "portfolio" consisted of 6 eggs, a piece of goat cheese, lemons and... yes, a small bag of liquorice. Because anyone who knows me knows that I love liquorice.

The next customer behind me was in no way inferior to the one in front of me. They looked downright apologetic at my food choices on the belt.

No wonder,

that the number of lifestyle diseases is steadily increasing. But why is it? From chronic intestinal diseases to periodontitis ... the numbers are frightening.

The "dad", in this example, doesn't know any better and probably doesn't even think about what he's doing to his body here, but that's where it starts. Attention for yourself and your loved ones in the first place.

It is time,

to create changes with small but steady steps. Be bold and replace any beverages with non-chilled water only once for 4 weeks. You will notice, see and feel it.

enlightenment, enlightenment, enlightenment,

is more than necessary. To me it shows that educating people about their chronic health is more than "right". Of course only if it is wanted and people are and will be open. Blessings you are, dear friends of chronic health. However, I really wish that more and more people would manage to appreciate their body and support it with valuable things in the form of food and dietary supplements.

I sincerely wish you that the next time you go shopping, you will only meet people whose "grocery portfolio" will amaze you.
