Biohacking? Lieber auf natürliche Art!

biohacking? Prefer the natural way!

Dear friends of chronic health,

Biohacking, a new trend?

Surely you have seen one or two athletes who, after their sporting activity, hammered all their sporting data frantically on their cell phone, their sports watch (to be honest, I don't really know the newfangled names of these parts) and afterwards in their PC . Well, that's called biohacking: in other words, optimizing the human body on all levels.

This morning I was surrounded by just such a group. And what should I say? I was almost the only one without an electronic pedometer, a digital ECG and a final display of how many chocolate bars I should n't eat today.

Are we saying goodbye to ourselves?

To be honest, this "experience" made me think. Where have we come to if we don't learn to listen to our bodies again.

Yes, even if I just didn't walk 50,000 steps and according to "biohacking" my heart rate was lower today. So what?

More important is the question: "How do I feel?" Of course it is important to move, because the hunters and gatherers were not idle either. We need movement and relaxation in a natural balance.

When I imagine my grandparents in the field with a "biohacking watch" on their wrist, I have to laugh right away. You're sure to shake your head "up there" and think "kids, kids, just listen to Mother Nature".

How to achieve this?

Natural solution is possible!

Our ancestors subsisted mainly on whatever Mother Nature provided in the appropriate season. They thus also recorded the corresponding information on these foods. Due to environmental pollution, the soils unfortunately no longer provide this in abundance as it did 50 or 100 years ago.

It makes me infinitely grateful that the blueantox wild blueberry ingredients literally feed each and every one of your trillions of cells with the right information.

And (not only) as an athlete, I really recommend blueantox-sport to you, because it stimulates the lung and kidney meridians and thus your zest for life and vitality .

For my part, I have already enjoyed 2 blueantox-sports this morning. In the late afternoon another 2 capsules follow.

Cordyceps fungus, also known as Chinese caterpillar fungus , has long been an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. It is valued for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-modulating properties and has also gained importance in the field of sports nutrition in recent years.

Cordyceps is often used by athletes as it can help improve physical performance. One study showed that taking cordyceps mushroom extract can improve oxygen uptake and energy expenditure, which can lead to greater endurance and faster post-workout recovery. In addition, Cordyceps can also help improve muscular endurance and strength.

Another benefit of cordyceps for athletes is its ability to reduce stress. One study found that taking cordyceps mushroom extract in athletes can help reduce stress and fatigue after intense exercise.

Overall, cordyceps mushroom extract has promising applications for athletes due to its numerous health-promoting properties and potential to improve physical performance.

I wish you sporty greetings from the bottom of my heart, whether you are walking, swimming or cycling.

Yours and yours Jutta Suffner

Dipl. Ing. (bio-med) Jutta Suffner

I have been drawn to medicine since childhood. After training as a medical-technical radiology assistant, I completed a degree in biomedicine and researched neurodegenerative diseases using magnetic resonance imaging in Canada. In Europe, I worked for a world-renowned company in the field of ultrasound diagnostics for more than two decades.

In my early 30s, I received a horrific diagnosis and was hospitalized for almost a year. The prospects of delayed viral myocarditis were bleak and the beginning of my nearly seven year transformation and recovery. So I started researching again and found out that attitude towards life, lifestyle and other natural products can help to speed up the healing process. Additional training as a non-medical practitioner followed.

The additional research on a natural dietary supplement as frequency medicine - information as medicine accompanies me to this day in my vision that dying healthy is possible.
