Biohacking? Lieber auf natürliche Art!

biohacking? Prefer the natural way!

Dear friends of chronic health,

Biohacking, a new trend?

You've probably seen one or two athletes who, after exercising, frantically enter all their sports data into their mobile phone, their sports watch (to be honest, I don't really know the new-fangled names for these things) and then into their PC. Well, this is called biohacking: in other words, optimizing the human body on all levels.

This morning I was surrounded by just such a group. And...what can I say? I was almost the only one without an electronic pedometer, digital ECG and a final display telling me how many chocolate bars I should n't eat today.

Are we saying goodbye to ourselves?

To be honest, this "experience" made me think. Where have we ended up if we don't learn to listen to our bodies again.

Yes, even though I didn't walk 50,000 steps and my pulse was lower today according to "biohacking". So what?

The more important question is: "How do I feel?" Of course it is important to move, because even the hunters and gatherers were not idle. We need movement and relaxation in a natural balance.

When I imagine my grandparents in the fields with a "biohacking watch" on their wrists, I have to laugh. I'm sure they're shaking their heads "up there" and thinking "Kids, kids, just listen to Mother Nature."

How can this be achieved?

Solution in a natural way is possible!

Our ancestors mainly ate whatever Mother Nature provided at the appropriate time of year. They therefore also absorbed the relevant information from these foods. Unfortunately, due to environmental pollution, the soil no longer provides this in the same abundance as it did 50 or 100 years ago.

It makes me infinitely grateful that the wild blueberry ingredients from blueantox literally feed each of your trillions of cells with the right information.

And (not only) as an athlete, I really recommend the blueantox-sport to you, because they stimulate the lung and kidney meridian and thus your joy of life and life energy .

For my part, I have already enjoyed 2 blueantox-sport this morning. Another 2 capsules will follow in the late afternoon.

The Cordyceps mushroom, also known as Chinese caterpillar fungus , has long been an important component of traditional Chinese medicine. It is valued for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties and has also gained importance in the field of sports nutrition in recent years.

Cordyceps is often used by athletes because it can help improve physical performance. One study showed that taking Cordyceps mushroom extract can improve oxygen uptake and energy turnover, which can lead to higher endurance and a faster recovery process after exercise. In addition, Cordyceps can also help improve muscular endurance and strength.

Another benefit of Cordyceps for athletes is its ability to reduce stress. One study found that taking Cordyceps mushroom extract may help athletes reduce stress and fatigue after intense exercise.

Overall, Cordyceps mushroom extract has promising applications for athletes due to its numerous health-promoting properties and potential to improve physical performance.

I wish you all the best in your sport, whether you are walking, swimming or cycling.

Yours, Jutta Suffner

I have been drawn to medicine since I was a child. After training as a medical-technical radiology assistant, I studied biomedical engineering and conducted research on neurodegenerative diseases in Canada using magnetic resonance imaging. In Europe, I worked for more than two decades for a world-renowned company in the field of ultrasound diagnostics.

In my early 30s, I received a terrible diagnosis and spent almost a year in bed. The prospects of a neglected viral myocarditis were bleak and the beginning of my almost seven-year transformation and recovery. So I started researching again and found that attitude to life, lifestyle and other natural products can help speed up the healing process. Additional training as a naturopath followed.

The additional research into a natural dietary supplement as frequency medicineinformation as medicine , accompanies me to this day in my vision that dying healthy is possible.
